They offer the perfect scenario for carefree living in a beautiful setting. The floor plans are spacious with many modern features and decorative details. The amenities are inviting and attractive.

The leasing professional showcased the community in a proud manner. She spoke positively about the management company and indicated they offered 24 hour maintenance guarantee to their residents. The leasing professional made every effort to engage me and effectively create rapport. She asked closing questions while we were in the apartment and back at the leasing office, attempted to close the sale by asking for a deposit. I would likely refer this leasing professional to friends and family looking for a new apartment.

This property was beautiful and my favorite things was that they offered yoga classes for the residents twice a week. Those are the things that make a property memorable and appealing to the residents desires.

I felt very disappointed by the presentation of the leasing agent. I felt I was a bother and a waste of her time. She did not offer to show an apartment nor did she bother to go over any details regarding the property.

This was a beautiful upscale community. I was disappointed not to see granite countertops, upgraded appliances and wood flooring at this price level. The agent did say that the one bedroom would have wood floors and stainless steel sinks and appliances. However, I specifically asked if any of the apartments had granite counter tops, and she said they did not. None of the floor plans were very spacious for the price.

It was a very beautiful community like a gem in the rough as it is near a school and between some other communities that do not appear as nice.

The light at the entry is very long. I waited for six minutes upon my exit to try to turn left. I eventually had to give up and just turn right. I have no idea how long I would have had to actually wait to turn left. I found the apartment to be modern and inviting. The fees all seem reasonable and created good value.

This property is a good value for what you receive. The property is fresh and the layouts of the apartments are spacious. There is extra storage on-site.
