The property was appealing and the apartment was very, very nice. I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

She also highlighted the communities amenities and convenient access to the fitness center, with a FOB access. I would recommend this leasing professional to friends and family seeking to find a new home.

The apartment community is pleasant. In a central location, but not very loud or crowded.

The leasing office was nicely decorated and extremely welcoming and inviting. The amenities on-site were impressive. The apartment was move-in ready and very nicely cleaned and ready to go. I could definitely see myself living there based on the pleasant tour by the leasing agent.

The floor plans offer modern upgraded features and decorative designs. The location has easy access to major freeways, restaurants, entertainment venues, and businesses. My impression of the staff was that they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My impression of the community itself was a positive one.

There was visible signage from street. The grounds were taken good care of. The apartments were made ready and in tip top condition.

Alberta did not really ask any questions to get to know me or my son's needs so that she could tailor her presentation. She did not show me many of the community amenities. She stood in one place in the apartment and did not lead me through. I cannot comment on most of community amenities because I did not see them.

This was a smaller community, surrounded by trees. The 2003 construction had been well maintained. The apartment interiors provided custom touches such as wood floors and crown molding.
