The apartments were nice and well maintained. The community was large, so I was surprised that there was only one pool.

The leasing professional gave a thorough tour of the apartment and amenities. She also talked about how serene the community was because of its location and private area. She indicated how close malls, schools and restaurants were located. She indicated that she was certain I would enjoy living at the community. The leasing professional spoke favorably about the management company and referred me to the website to look at pictures and to see floor plans.

Four things stood out about the shop. The landscaping was very beautiful and well-maintained. The leasing professional demonstrated charm and energy. She made me believe that she really wanted me to lease at this location. The apartment home had a stunning view, which caused me to consider climbing a set of stairs every day. I would certainly urge friends to consider this apartment community.

The community was pleasant with a warm environment from the inside and outside decor. Overall, there was nothing to complain about. It was a good experience, and I loved the idea of the trail in the back.

I was impressed with this property from the time I drove up to it. Currently, there are no other buildings nearby. The apartment community is surrounded by fields. When entering the leasing office/clubhouse, I was amazed at the high quality appearance throughout. The amenities are very appealing and inviting. Throughout this gated community, there really is not a great deal of landscaping or greenery. What does exist, appears to be taken care of beautifully. The construction of the apartment buildings and the apartments themselves seems to be of high quality, though lacking a few high end features like granite and hardwood. Overall, for the money, this is a very attractive place to live. I could see myself happy living here.

This community would be a good place to call home.

I believe this property is in need of more office personnel. It is located in a growing area, and there was no time for the associate to spend with me. The amount of traffic I saw coming through would definitely warrant making sure there is plenty of coverage for hectic hours of the day.
