Unlike other apartments in the area, Mustang Park feels like a home.  New construction, but classic architecture.  Really like the amenities such as the fitness room and space.  Especially like the garage.  And, the fact that it was built with the environment in mind is important.  Lastly, it feels like a place I can stay for a long time.

I do not feel confident about recommending this property based on the service I received today. I understand if it is a new community and they have nothing to show, but it would have been nice to have a virtual walk through for upcoming residents.

This community is flawless. It is very eye-catching and beautiful. The pool area was gorgeous and the apartments themselves were awesome. I love the touch of the gift wrap room in the clubhouse!

Maintenance is very Bad. Why does the Fire Alarms start to chirp because of Low Battery, This should be a scheduled maintenance priority. How do I get someone at 11:00pm to come out and replace the batteries, all 6 of them

My visit to this community was very nice. The agent was friendly and warm. I liked everything she showed me about the community. I fell in love with the Gift Wrap room, as I enjoy wrapping gifts and baskets. She said that is a very creative room for community residents.

It's tough to get through to the office and the resident portal needs to be improved. In my unit, the insulation around the bathroom is less than ideal. When neighbors flush their toilets it sounds like a waterfall in the wall.

I did not find any areas for improvement during this shop other than the number of times I received voice mail.

The community appears to be rather remote, but in reality, it is not far from a number of retail shops and restaurants. The property is very well maintained. The agent seemed sincere in wanting to provide for my needs.

It is a relatively new community, three years old, well maintained and attractive, although a bit away from anything else except a new home community being built. The interior of the model was well appointed, done by a decorator, very modern and hip. Accent pieces were well chosen. I had a nice overall impression of the great leasing agent.

Overall, the apartment community is nice. The leasing office is nice, and I would feel comfortable living there. The prices are a bit more than I would like but overall a good place to call home.

The leasing agent did a great job in explaining her property. She mentioned each feature of the apartment with interest. She knows how to sell her community.

The apartment leasing office was nicely decorated and very welcoming. I would love to come home to this place everyday. It felt like a vacation resort. The swimming pool was amazing. The leasing agent was friendly and professional. She was sincere and genuine on helping me find the right fit for my needs.

Very nice apartment property that has a very new feel to it. The property seems a little isolated due to the openness around the property and the lack of maturity of the landscape surround it.
