Feedback from an independent evaluator

The experience was a good one as I toured. I was indeed impressed by the quality of materials used inside the apartment such as the quality of the interior doors, the granite counter looked like counter blocks, the ceiling fans and the garden tub. I did notice that the landscaping mulch appeared to be washed out a bit and needed a fresh layer put down. Everywhere we walked was very clean and no trash around.

The overall community was awesome. The pool was very clean and there were fountains of water that poured back into the pool. The community was very nice and professional looking, I would love to live at this community.
