When you put a person in charge that has inferiority complex you have nothing but a formula for disaster.The woman put in the manager's role forgot that she is in a customer service and works for a company that I am sure expects customer service. She lacks integrity and assumes she has the power to talk to customers or potential customers in a condescending manner! She has no skills at problem solving. Her main concern is humiliate and offend! She must not be aware we have a choice.We do not choice you!!! I feel sorry for you because I am sure you are lacking in your life and that makes you feel important!!!

I would recommend them to stay.

Beautiful apartments with spacious floorplans. It really feels like home. The location is perfect for going into Burleson or getting on the interstate. The office staff is wonderful and really do take time to get to know you. Amenities are very nice. The pool area is great place to meet people when the weather is nice. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Overall, I highly recommend the Reserve at Village Creek. It really is the nicest apartments in the area and competitive pricing with other apartments.

The girls at the The Reserve are sooo nice. I moved all the way from Maryland and they helped me all the way. I really appreciate the time and effort that they have shown me and I am even trying to get other people to live in the apartment because I feel that quality of this place is really good. Even my friend from back in Maryland is thinking about moving and she saw the place and loved it as well. Good Move :)

Nice apartments with a great staff.

The property was beautiful. I loved the finish out and the floor plan details.

The community features were nicer than most. The firepits was an extremely nice touch. The fact that the hot tub was actually working was impressive. The small complex was inviting and welcoming. The apartments were laid out very nicely. The clubhouse looked like a cool place to hand out. The fitness center was top notch. The business center I could definitely seeing some use out of it. Overall, I thought this community was a great place to call home.

The community is beautiful. The on-site team's pride showed through. The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing professional was natural and friendly. She conveyed to me she loved the community and her job.

This was one of the nicest communities I have ever visited. The location was great, amenities were superb and the apartment was spacious and gorgeous from the wood floors to the granite countertops.

The agent did an amazing job despite the few minor details missed. By far one of the best tours I have ever been on. The model was absolutely beautiful.

I felt I could have been greeted with a little more excitement. I felt valued because Brandi did not rush through the tour. Because she was so descriptive, I could really consider moving to the community.

She never asked questions about myself to get to know me. She also never asked if I had any particular needs or wants. I would have leased if I had been in the market. The property was nice and the folks I saw and heard seemed friendly and people I would like to associate with.

The community had only been built in the last year, so everything still smelled brand new. The leasing staff was really friendly and understanding.

The community was a fairly new property and it was already fully occupied. I felt that spoke volumes towards the management company and staff.
