I wouldn’t tell someone not to move here, but I don’t think I’d go out of my way to convince someone to. There are definitely benefits to living here, but there are also a good amount of negatives

The leasing agents are hobbible and ineffective. Any time I've gone to them with a concern they pretty much tell me I'm out of luck or they fail to communicate. The management staff are much better though

The interiors are perfect, the staff is amazing. Ease of commute to all locations. No bugs. no noisy neighbors. Its the best apartment I have been at so far!

I really enjoy living here. The only downside is that the walls and floors are a bit thin and it's easy to hear my neighbors music, laundry machines, and sometimes conversations. Other than that, everything has been quite nice. :)

The location is the only way I would recommend this apartment. What you're paying for is NOT at the value of the conditions of the apartment given what I've written above.
