Apartment Review from a Current Renter
I like the complex as a whole. The pool and gym are great amenities. Maintenance is very responsive. My only concerns are that parking is often difficult to find near my apartment. I can often hear road noise and my neighbors above and to the sides...not that they are being excessively loud but I can hear walking, TV, music, etc.

The community has done a good job with their upgraded apartments and the features offered. They have created a comfortable living environment with new amenities added to an older complex. The complex is located in a very desirable location but is nestled back in a grove of oak trees to give it a feel of privacy yet accessibility. The 30-day guarantee is a definite incentive to sign a lease.

Always tout the property, apartment size, security and support staff. Location, Location, Location is a plus too!

Although the maintenance, cleaning, environment is very good, I feel being ignored by one of the staff members.

We always want you to feel welcome and this staff member is not showing you the image of CWS. We would like more information about this situation. We did recently make some staff changes, this may or may not be the staff member in question. Going forward I want your expenance to be the best we can possibly make it. The property was gorgeous and peaceful. The agent was in a league of her own. I just loved her. The apartment was amazing. The amenities were state of the art. If I was looking for a home, this would be it.

The only problem is parking. The spots are very small and if you don't want your car dinged you need to live close to the parking garage. The construction of the clubhouse is making it worse.

I would recommend this.complex to friends and family. At this point I would not recommend due to the high rent. With a state of Texas salary and not increase for cost of living many of my friends could not afford to live here.

Although, the parking has been striped many times and smaller places are made bigger, people still park in an awkward manner. This is the only problem I still see. Otherwise, these are really great apartments to live in. Also, it would be nice, if there are more 3bed2bath apartments.

I enjoy my apartment,however to recommend to others may not be an option. My friends and or colleagues want to live in an apartments that offer modern day appliances. Marquis GH is not one of them, at least to my knowledge. White stoves, counter tops and refrigerators went out in the 90's yet my living space is just that.
