While I did like the community and the features, I do wish they had a playground, and allowed more guests to come to the pool. I also think the air conditioning condensers outside of the smaller room would not be good for anyone. I think the noise would be bothersome.

If I were really looking for an apartment I would rent there. The leasing agent seemed like she would be friendly and helpful in the future and I would recommend the apartments in the future.

The community gives a family vibe and welcoming demeanor. The features offered are normal and what you can find at other properties, but the feel of the property gives off a warmness. That alone is the reason I would rent from them.

The apartments were older. I like something more updated. Some of the amenities inside of the apartments also require updating such as bathtub and washer/dryer.
I was saddened to learn of your disappointment with our apartments. We recently finished major exterior renovations to include new siding, energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors, balcony railings and new sundeck for the residents. Our interior upgrade program was completed in 2014 to include cabinets, countertops, appliances, carpets, etc. Your comments will certainly help us as we continue our commitment to make Treetops at Chester Hollow a wonderful place to call home. The community is in a quiet area yet convenient to major highways. The community seems to be well kept, and the apartment was well maintained. They could use a little updating though.
Thank you for visiting our community. Treetops at Chester Hollow is close to train stations, buses and major arteries. We are in the center of it all without the congestion. Treetops at Chester Hollow not only has a prime location but it also a well maintained community.
Our community has gone through a major transformation with new siding, energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors, railings, etc. All of our apartments have received upgrades as well with new cabinets, countertops, appliances, vinyl, etc. We would love to have you return to see all of our changes.

A fair value for the money. Amenities were very nice, but the apartments were dated.
Thank you for visiting our community. Our amenities are awesome! Two tennis courts, a "T" shaped swimming pool, business center and fitness centers are a few of our amenities. We are currently adding a new expanded sun deck with grills for our residents. It has always been a popular spot with our residents and we wanted to make it bigger and better! We are also expanding the 2nd floor clubhouse deck to include a grill for those residents who like to host parties.

I thought the community was very nice. I thought the amenities would be a plus and things I definitely would use. I thought the actual apartment was average. I guess I was expecting a more updated look in the apartment. The staff were very personable and helpful.
