I found the community and staff, along with the features and amenities, to be what I would like in an apartment and a community.

Customer service lacks, it takes a long time to get maintenance requests done. I currently have two request almost a week-old in the system, we feel we have to be after the staff for each request. It's no the first time and we don't even have 2 months around.

This community is pet friendly which is good and bad. In our case it's a nightmare as residents come right in front of our patio with their dogs and do not always pick up their waste. The dog waste trash should be placed at another location to preserve residents at the ground level or below, and communications need to be sent to residents reminding them to be mindful of neighbors.

Otherwise it would have been a great value for the price. I believe management can take actions to remedy these issues, which we hope it will.

Overall this property sells for itself. I was speechless when I drove around the community. The leasing professional was awesome which added on to what I seen.

This is a beautiful property and the leasing professional went out of her way to make sure that she was able to meet the needs that I and my sister might need to live on this property. The amenities would work for both me and my sister as well as her caretaker.

The pool and exercise amenities were excellent. I loved the long pool hours and the life guard service.

The community was attractive and well maintained. The white siding and rock combination was appealing. The amenities were plentiful. I found the leasing staff to be most helpful and welcoming. I think this would be a pleasant place to live.

It is a nice property that is well maintained. Its location is a plus as it sits off a main highway between King of Prussia and Wilmington.

The community center was lovely. The chairs and sofa were so comforatble. The pool was closed and covered. The business center and confrerence room looked professional. There were two areas to work out; weight room and a full workout center, including treadmill, stepper, and weight centers. The apartment was spacious and reminded me of a vacation home. I loved the spacious, open kitchen. The closet, full size washer and dryer was located in the spare bathroom. The beds in both the master and spare bedrooms were not comfortable. The walk in closet was spacious. The oval tubs didn't seem big enough to sit and stretch out in. I did not like how the leasing professional did not associate with me. I felt she was professional on the phone, but I was disappointed in her lack of professionalism when I visited the community.

The leasing associate was very professional and friendly. She made me feel right at home and answered all of my questions about the apartment specials and amenities.

Given that the holidays are upon us and that the office was closing early, not getting to tour the facility was understandable. However, not getting asked my name, phone number, email, anything for contact information was disappointing.

My experience visiting this community was not great. I was told to go and view the apartment by myself. I was not shown any of the details of the community at all.

I felt that the leasing professional presented the community in an attractive manner. The amenities offered were plentiful and modern. The choices of amenities in the homes such as fireplaces and garages were nice. I felt that I could find a home within my budget that would suit my needs. The agent was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit.

This is a very beautiful community. The community was very well maintained. The residents looked very happy here. It was a wonderful community to live in.

Overall, looking at this from a potential resident's perspective, I would certainly rent here as well as recommend this community to someone else.

I enjoyed this visit to the community. The community and apartment were attractive and well-kept. The leasing professional did a fine job presenting the features of the apartment; however, I did not feel that she was especially friendly. Her greeting presentation needs to be improved upon.
