Great complex. Love the staff and the property itself. Only down fall is working shift work there is NO parking after 10pm until about 7am. Very frustrating and paying for spots that are never full isn't an option. Would recommend this facility to anyone

Paradise. That's how I'd describe this place. Paradise. The management is TRUSTWORTHY, COMPASSIONATE, RESPONSIVE and ATTENTIVE to the needs of its tenants. For example, they permitted me to install a DirecTV satellite dish in the MULCH since it was the only area in my unit that allowed for adequate signal. How's that for caring The accommodations are contemporary and spacious. The pricing is more than fair when considering the value of the estate. Tenants get along EXTREMELY well with other tenants. The maintenance staff is simply OUTSTANDING. I am yet to witness a singular disturbance amongst fellow tenants in 9 years of living here IMHO, Jefferson at Westtown exemplifies what God desires all of our habitations to be PEACEFUL and LOVING. This particular apartment community provides a positive impression on how one can live a very luxurious lifestyle with a moderate income.

This is a gorgeous property. I felt welcomed the minute I stepped in. The apartment was large and had a great outdoor space and having the pool and gym on-site was an added bonus.

I have never in my life heard of a trash valet service, that is so amazing. I loved the attached garage, and the clubhouse/pool area was the best I have ever seen.

I did like the style of the apartments and the amenities. I liked that they were pet friendly and had a playground. They seemed to take care of the property well, but the level of customer service was lacking emotion and connection. I did not feel that the agent cared about my experience and she seemed like she was just checking off a list of what she needed to do. She did however have knowledge of the property and company.

The leasing professional was polite and professional. She gave a good overview of the apartment and community. The community had nice features and was well maintained.

This is a well maintained property, with great amenities. The apartments were spacious and comfortable. I would rent at this property, because I could see myself calling it home.

The property and rentals were beautiful and very spacious. The community features were also appealing. The clubhouse and the fitness centers were a plus. The rental rates were very reasonable considering all that you were receiving.

Living in this community could make anyone feel like royalty, because of its beauty and onsite conveniences. The staff are caring and welcomes everyone.

Management is consistently rude and condescending to residents. They also conduct unfair practices in regards to lease terms and services.
