Based on my experiences with the service staff and office staff alone it gives good value to wanting to call The Preserve home. Also for small kids there is a play area and picnic area. If you have pets the Bark Park is also good.

Very comfortable and I feel safe here. The only down side is that the kitchen and bathroom could be better. Cheap vinyl sheeting was placed over broken tiles and you can see and feel the dents in the flooring.
