Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would and did and there is one of my friends living here now, but I have never gotten the discount on a one month rent as told.

I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend because overall my experience living here has been fantastic. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend is because the rent costs have gone up quite a bit since I signed my lease.

Too much money, no parking.

If they don’t drive I would highly recommend,if it’s a family with more than 1 car I would say good luck

Way overpriced for an apartment complex that you can't get a parking spot at and the recycling bin is always too full. No amenities like a fitness gym, pool, grills, car wash station, etc are available and there have been no community events. Throw us BBQ!

Things have gotten better but still would not feel confident in recommending the property.

I -have- recommended this place to people.

yes I would

The interiors are very pleasing, there are kinks to work out but we never feel ignored by the office staff when we have any complaints - no matter how big or small. Parking is always great.

Unreliable. I don't always feel it is the most safe or secure. Doors do not lock, anyone can enter the building at any hour of the day and have access to the hallways. Could use another layer of security lke cameras outside of each building.

I have recommended it.

Deadlines for construction regularly are missed. I still do not have access to storage space I was promised by January, and carpeting in the hallways and staircases was installed weeks after the scheduled time.

I really like my apartment and I'm sure I'll have a better opinion of the living conditions when the construction is finished. As it stands, it is just too loud to be comfortable most of the time

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The construction is very loud and inconvenient. When I moved in I experienced multiple problems that occurred because the apartment was put together the day before I moved in so things were not properly installed and were put together very poorly. The first month was a nightmare. Eventually things started to work and haven’t had many problems since. I was told I could not adopt a pit bull or German Shepherd dog which I understood but now I see multiple pit bulls and German Shepherd dogs in the complex so not sure why the rule only applied to me. My current rate is more than what people are paying for a two bedroom apartment or a one bedroom with a balcony so not sure why I pay more a month to live in a one bedroom without a balcony I do feel cheated about that.
