Management/Office is rude, they do not treat this as if it's people's homes but more just their place of work. I cannot trust that they will not break my lease and then look for a way to blame me and give me a hard time. I cannot trust they will not just enter my apartment- I've ordered and placed more cameras to be able to monitor they are not. I cannot trust people who have keys to my home. I do not feel safe, I am waiting for my lease to end (since unlike management I do not break my lease) and then plan on leaving. I have told everyone who asks about Phoenix View and living in Phoenixville in general already to look elsewhere because of this. It's not only a safety concern but it makes me feel uncomfortable in my own home... why would I recommend that to anyone? I recommend they don't even look into Phoenix View. Especially now that there is no on-site maintenance? The place is going to shambles. It's not worth what I pay and they're trying to raise rent for new people coming in.

It is a safe, clean place to live, but a little expensive. I love that there is an off-leash area for my dog.

For those that don't mind potentially parking a few blocks away at night it's pretty good. Mike is awesome at answering maintenance requests right away and he has an answer for everything.

Noisy A\C or heating. Also, It would be good if you could reserve 1 parking spot on the parking near resident building. And to ask to park that bikes at the corners.

We highly recommend the Phoenix View apartments. They are within easy walking distance to downtown. The apartments are updated and well kept. The rent is competitively priced. They make the community very dog-friendly, which is important to us.
We were happy to see that "Phoenix View Apartments" fit the needs of our present and future resident's needs. Our apartments are newly renovated. We take much pride in making sure our properties are beautiful inside and out. Our pets are family too! Thank you!
