I feel bad because the leasing professional was nice, but I felt no connection. I felt there was a lot of silence, and I felt a little uncomfortable. I felt like she was just going though the motions. She really needs to get people more excited about the apartment and all the extras. Even if she does not feel like its wonderful, she needs to make me feel like this is the greatest place in the world and all the extras are, too!

I only got to see the smaller apartment, and there was nothing extraordinary about the apartment. They did not have updated appliances and granite counter tops. The leasing professional still did a good job in boasting about the apartment. It really had nothing much to offer other than the normal amenities.
Not worth it
I would tell them that rent is WAY too expensive and it's not worth what you pay. I would also say that maintenance requests are not done quickly or properly. And snow removal is not done quickly or properly either.

After visiting this community, I found that the amenities were nice. The pool was convenient, and I liked that there was a workout facility in the main office area. The grounds were gorgeous. I felt that on a glance the apartments were clean and nice, but upon closer review, the bathroom and kitchen looked dated and a bit worn.

The leasing professional was professional and friendly throughout the visit. The tour went smoothly and he customized the details of the apartment and neighborhood to how it would meet my needs.
