Definitely feel safe on premises. Fantastic upkeep on grounds. Office personnel is easily accessible and accommodating.

The community was nice and the staff was well informed.

I would definitely be proud to call this community my home. It had the feel of a small community. The playground was a great bonus for kids and the barbecue grills were great for family picnics on the tons of green space of the community. All of the apartments had been beautifully updated with new flooring, appliances and two toned paint. This was a very nice community.

Many people recommend the community for its one and two bedroom homes and amenities. Come today and see for yourself, this is the place for you to call home!

The community amenities struck me as ordinary just like any other apartment community. The upkeep of the common areas was acceptable. The common areas had some trash here and there. The Leasing Professional came across as robotic, just going through the motions. The level of engagement from the Leasing Professional was disconnected. She did carry some small talk. Her attempt to relate the home to my needs was unsuccessful, as she did not ask enough qualifying questions to know what I needed. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community would be short lived. The Leasing Professional did not make a connection with me and did not sell the community. What the community offered for the prices was tolerable. I envisioned the quality of life based on the amenities offered as decent. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community to friends or family due to the experience I had.

I was not greeted by a Leasing Professional when I arrived in the office. No amenities were discussed or shown to me even though an apartment was not available to view. I would have not considered living in this community. The grounds were well taken care of and they were very attractive.

This was a decent community with good pricing and a good location as well. The leasing professional did not offer enough information to create an interest to live at this community.

The leasing agent was just wonderful. The atmosphere in the community was very warm and welcoming.

While she did not necessarily follow the rules of engagement when it comes to leasing, I would have volunteered to put down a deposit based on how much she seemed to genuinely care about my needs. I would feel confident that with her working there, I would be taken care of.
