It's just not worth it, I'm sorry. There are other apartment communities around the area for the same price that are much nicer and newer. This place worked because the apartments were cheap and OSU students loved it.

Had to remove ourselves from the renovation list because of extremely disorganized renovation plan. Was promised to have a renovated appartment before the second term started. Nothing happened. Had to live out of boxes for one month because of a notice of renovation, which never happened either. Got tired of waiting without even knowing when it's going to happen.
