This was a good visit. The sales person was friendly and polite during our interactions, both on the phone and on-site. The sales person showed me the community and the apartment. She did a good job of explaining the community assets and also reviewing the apartment features.

The community was attractively maintained and well kept. I did not see anything out of place. The apartment I saw was furnished nicely and looked ready to move in to. Minor downside was that I was not impressed with the kitchen appliances. They looked dated.

The facility was eye catching, the agents were pleasing to work with and the leasing office was comfortable. Walking through common areas was surprising, as they seemed very well maintained even though they were used regularly. The drives and parking areas were clean and well marked. The model apartments were clean and furnished enough with nice items to make them look like "home." The overall location, along a country road was pleasing.

The leasing agent was great. I thought the community was very nice. I loved the clubhouse and the business center. I was particularly impressed with the free coffee available 24 hours. I thought the apartments were bright and airy. However, for the price, I thought the kitchens and bathrooms should have been tiled, and the kitchen cabinets and appliances could have been at least a little nicer. It did not have to be granite and stainless steel, but they seemed very low end. I did not say this to the leasing agent.

The apartment community is very nice. I felt the rent was a little high for what you are receiving. The agent was very professional, nice and informative. She tailored her presentation to suit my needs.

My visit to the this community was an excellent experience that left me feeling very excited about the possibility of living there.

I rented here for over 1 year and had to buy-out my lease to get away from the noise (I could literally hear the guy who lived above me snoring at night), the cheap appliances that broke easily (dryer that ruined my clothes), dampness and ants in my kitchen! Also, I was starting to feel ashamed of the paint chipping on the patio columns and the weeds outside my front door. It looks nice at first, but upon closer inspection, not so nice. Way too over-priced to deal these issues and management is not helpful - very phony. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Downstairs apartments can hear everything from upstairs. Apartment layout is nice, but construction is poor. It is dog friendly, but way overpriced for what you get. Management is awful. Be careful of reviews from people who have only "viewed the property." It looks really nice, but once I had to deal with living here, my opinion changed.

It is convenient and semi-well maintained. Services and accommodations are excellent. Leasing office is a delight to speak with. Service requests are sometimes ignored. There is a bug problem I have been trying to resolve but building was unresponsive to first request.

I would definitely recommend this apartment community to friends and family due to the fact the leasing agent was very friendly and professional. She took the time to sit with me and go over some leasing options as far as which apartment had what features. Both apartments that were shown were clean and modernly furnished. The landscaping was wonderful with flowers, trees, and shrubs all neatly trimmed. The clubhouse was very clean and the furnishings were very modern.

Do not get a downstairs apartment. I keep thinking my upstairs person will fall through the ceiling and them walking wakes me up. The gym is also extremely small and outdated and needs to be updated and expanded--as much as we pay, this gym is a joke

My experience was memorable and this apartment community would have definitely stood out in my mind.

This was a wonderful apartment community that is clean, welcoming, luxury housing with an engaging leasing agent who was truly passionate about the property she was presenting. The amenities were great, and the apartments were beautiful.

I enjoyed my visit to this community. It was a very pretty property.
