except for the monthly cost of the rent I would highly recommend renting here.

It's an exceptional community--lively, beautiful and connected. At times, so neighbors abuse the community space, which is frustrating; but overall it's an excellent place to live.

Price might be high since house rentals are similar.

The construction and cabinets seem to be very cheap. They are new and many things are braking already. The new staff members have no manners and may be rude some times. I have seen some take many water bottles at once out of the coolers and left without replacing them for the residents. The idea of this community seems noce but it does not seem to be goong well.

The community is great I would definitely rec to other people

I "would not" because of small items but I scored a 9/10 because those small things aren't horrible just inconvenient (water pressure, bug infestation, some neighbors that don't treat the community like it's their own(you get that everywhere though)), and construction. I "would" because it's in a great location, beautiful club house, great pool area (though very busy), behind is a nice track and park. The staff is very welcoming.

From my experience I should be accommodated for tolerating an unhappy home

The bugs was the biggest problem and people following my roommate and I.

This is such a welcoming community. The staff is so helpful and genuine.

Main recommendation would be to continue monthly food/drink events like the 4th of July BBQ and the cinco de mayo tacos. Something as simple as keeping mimosas consistently on the weekends was appreciated when they were around.
