Promises are not met. We have been here for over 12 years and we were told every 3 years you could have your apartment painted or rugs shampooed. That has never been done once. When new ownership took over we were told all the apartments where going to be redone at no cost,then we were told it would cost us more money in rent, finally it was said that apartments were not getting redone till after you move out. To me it shows that you don't value residents who have been here along time.

Itâs quiet and peaceful. Live the view of the trees from my window. Once you past the bridge in Earyerstown road there are miles of walking paths great for dogs. Also very affordable

The community is nice and quiet, except my upstairs neighbors whoâs dogs are loud, and the apartment is very spacious. I wish the appliances were not so basic. I miss a light in my oven and the option to wash my clothes in cold water. I also donât like that my upstairs neighbor has their girlfriends stay over all the time and take up parking spaces and I have to park in another building when I work late at night.

The only thing I would say that is wrong is that it would be nice to have updated appliances. I was shocked I donât have a light in my oven and I canât choose the temperature I would like my wash (being I like to wash my clothes on cold) or the fact I can only choose a small or super load. An option for cold or smaller then a super load would be more energy efficient.

price does not reflect quality of the apartment and everything is old and run down and falling apart. air ducts are filthy. i basically have a mini swamp outside my door.

I was 2 weeks late on my rent. I made a payment arrangement. It was met, and on-time, however, 2 months later I received a notice to appear in court and it was reported to the credit bureau even though the debt was clearly satisfied. My credit dropped 50 points and now I have to try and resolve that, and the response I got from the management was:
