There are no amenities outside the apartment, the black mold is only painted over, and the carpeting in the apartment does not hold up past a year. For the cost of living here it is not worth it.

I was told by the rental office when I looked at the apartment to that there was an agreement with the pool down the street. Ok, no pool on-site but close. Couldn’t confirm since it was winter. Internet and cell phone services are horrible at best. Good service department but not a reason to hype the complex

The apartment is nice and spacious. Nice storage. Sometimes I think designated parking spots, othertimes not sure. I went from a house with a drive way to a parking lot. Still getting used to the change.
