I thought the community appeared well maintained. It had all of the amenities in which I was interested in. The leasing professional did a good job of showing me the amenities, as well as the apartment.

The renovations will make the community one of a kind in the area. They are building a new dog park. The club house is upscale and beautifully decorated. The latest equipment in the fitness room and business center is outstanding. The computer screens are activated by touch. The pool area has plenty of seating. New tables and chairs are also scattered around the pool for your use. The community is near Glenwood shopping and the Umstead Park. There is not a playground on-site, but the park is nearby. It is a nice place to live, a quiet escape.

This community is making great strides in improving amenities and the improvements they've already made are wonderful. The apartments have been updated and are very nice. Management is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

I would strongly consider moving into this community. I could tell that the leasing professionals and the owners take pride in the community. Everything was neat and clean. The renovations that were being made to the clubhouse made it even better.
