I thought the leasing agent was great. She was so warm and friendly. She knew a lot of the residents by name and she had a great rapport with the residents.

The community looks very nice and is a good place to get to know your neighbor.

The agent had a great personality. She truly connected with her residents as she spoke to them by name during the tour. She spoke so highly of the property management, which was a plus to me because there is more to an apartment than just the amenities. I had a feeling I would be living on a property that would be maintained and address any issues I have. I would highly recommend the location for its amenities and the community appeal.

Everything was very laid back and soft sell due to the high occupancy percentage. The property had very good value for the rental rates quoted. The price points quoted were very much in line with comparable properties in the area with the same features.

This property has a lot to offer. The amenities offer a ton of value. The leasing professional's attitude matched it. I would surely recommend the community based on the leasing professional first and the property second.

This is a very impressive community. The floor plans are unique in their design and the apartments I viewed were clean and very well maintained. You can tell as soon as you drive into the community that the staff takes great pride in what they do. The amenities are beautiful and I like the idea of being able to use the gym and business center 24 hours a day. Although their prices vary from day to day, I think the value you get for your money is good.

This is a nice property and a good place to live. I just did not care too much for the location.

The staff that I encountered were exceptional. The people around the area seemed happy. It is very centrally located. Minutes to the mall, lots of shopping, and not far to get to downtown. Everything you would ever need as far as location.

The leasing professional was energetic, polite and professional as he gave me all the information needed to make a decision. He was knowledgeable about the home as well as the community.

The community was nice. The leasing professional was pleasant. I would have liked to see an updated kitchen in the apartment.

The community was one of the loveliest I have ever seen. The location was incredible and the property was a nice surprise, as the area was close to the highway. Everything stood above other communities, including the leasing professional.

As far as this community it was hard to actually consider since alot of remodeling was going on,but i felt i did not receive the adequate professionalim in attentiveness while on tour.

I liked the property grounds and also the apartment. The distribution of the apartment was great. I really liked it. I did not see the amenities that were updated at this time.

The Leasing Professional was professional, and helpful. He asked for my needs, and he met them. He has good customer relations, doing his job and yet made me welcome, and appreciated as a prospect resident.
