I enjoyed the community overall. The apartments were nice and the community had a homey feel. I did not feel like the leasing professional was enthusiastic about my visit.

The community was in a heavily wooded setting that was hilly. It had a secluded feel but was still close to a large shopping area and near major freeways.

The landscaping and grounds were well maintained. As I drove on to the community, it was like an escape with loads of trees and shade. The leasing office was quite pretty with flowers in front. The pool looked quite inviting, it was crystal clear and the chairs were lined up evenly. There were two dog parks and it was dog friendly. Your pet was welcome there. It was a nice place to live.

The property was clean and well maintained. The amenities were in good condition. The leasing consultant seemed enthusiastic and eager to assist me. She did a good job of promoting the great location.

I felt that my business was appreciated. The leasing professional determined my needs, and she met them. She was friendly and professional at the same time.

The leasing professional was completely focused on me as a customer. The only complaint I had was that she did not introduce herself, and I had to ask for her name. Otherwise, she was great.

The property is very convenient in location being that it is so close to Crabtree Valley Mall. The property has lots of trees and a very wooded area. However, the appliances are older and need some upgrading.

This is a mature community that is well kept in regards to landscaping, buildings, amenities, and and parking lots. The apartments, office, and common areas are kept updated and are well maintained by professional associates.
