The staff was very nice and willing to help and assist me. They answered any questions that I had. The grounds were well maintained and I would recommend this community.

I lived here under a years lease and other than a handful of people that have lived there long term they come and go as a lot of complexes do. But my experience as some reviews have said they need updates bad. I had issues with people at the pool closes at 8 pm everybody but no one can read the sign and they do not lock it so 10.30 12.30 even 2.30 people at the pool simply locking it would close that issue. People moved in above us with a dog and that thing ran constantly through out the house it was a bull mix not a small dog egh. And the topper the electric bill was sky eye over 200.00 in the winter and my heat set at 69 and I was freezing all winter long can you imagine what id pay if I turned it to 72. Nope out of there happy in a new place rents the same but my electric bill isn't killing me.

The staff were very cheerful and genuine. The community had a nice appearance with the wooded areas. The apartment does have a little flair with the sunken living room, but no other extra flair. I would live there, and I would recommend family and friends.

The property is nice and one could make it work. They need more parking for future residents.

The community is well established and offers the amenities of mature landscaping and many trees. While the units are large and pretty well maintained, the bargain basement hoods over the bargain basement stoves felt unpleasant. Also, it seems that it would not require a large investment to smooth the walls and fill in all gaps between the floorboards and walls/cabinets properly prior to painting. Had these things been done, I would have made application and left a deposit.

I thought the agent did a remarkable job of showing me the community and the amenities. She was pleasant and seemed to be genuinely concerned that she could find me the right home. I thought the amenities were in good condition. The property was clean and well maintained.

The pricing is a little on the high side for what you get. Also, prepare to spend $45 a month on cable TV, whether you want it or not.

The apartment community was in a good neighborhood. It was very close to all of the major highways. It was very close to all of the area malls and the area restaurants.

All of the kitchen and baths should be updated to match the newest building. Based on the pictures shown, those updates really made the apartment.

This is a mature community as far as the property. It is smaller and well kept. It is close to malls, restaurants and freeways and not that far to downtown. It offers a great covered area with rockers to sit outside close to the pool.

This is a very nice place. I would love to live there. I would strongly recommend this property.

I enjoyed viewing this community. I loved how it was an escape in the woods but you were still close to a major city area. The price for what you received was outstanding. I think if our like the outdoors you will love this community.
