This is a new community that is very clean and well maintained. Overall it was decent housing at a reasonable price in this market. Having the water heater and washer and dryer in the clothes closet could be less objectionable.

I would not choose this property for leasing, based off of the distant attitude by the agent and the amount of rent being asked.

That community was really offering a great 'bang for your buck!' The amenities were excellent and though the fitness center was small, it had great machines! The Yoga room was a welcomed surprise and the swimming pool looked inviting. I was most impressed by the modern and sleek look of those apartments inside and out! The price was currently phenomenal in my opinion for all that community offered. The staff I encountered was kind and seemed to be hard working.
I truly felt that was the future of the apartment industry in that area.

This experience really surprised me. For a brand new community, I was really shocked for the lack of professionalism from this agent. I would not recommend anyone to spend money there when you can go five miles down the road and have a better experience.

It was a very fabulous community. The community was very new and located in a great place. The apartments were very spacious and had their own unique touch. The appliances were all stainless steel and had a moving island for space. The amenities offered were very nice and the pool was opened all year round. I could definitely see myself calling the property home and I would definitely recommend the property to other families.

The property was beautiful and a bargain for what was being offered. Based off the performance, I would not have leased the property.
