Difficult to get deliveries, some people don’t pick up after their pets, people smoke; we had our electricity shutoff 2 weeks after we moved in (not because of anything we did) and office staff was not helpful, we pay for a secure building which is not, the person who lives above us stomps around; a bunch of cars were vandalized. There is a lot of vandalism and the housekeeping in the common areas is not always the best. I blame a lot of this on the fellow tenants.

The amenities are really nice. But the lack of pet owners who do not clean up after their dogs is disappointing. I have lived in several apartments while being a pet owner and Briley has had more pet waste than I have ever seen laying around. I have my own dog bags incase the disposal areas are empty but most of the time that is where most of the pet waste is right in front of or beside the can! It is really unsanitary and a health hazard for other animals using the outdoor spaces.

None of the forums for community members we eâopenâ. and all of the reviews are filtered. I canât talk to any of my neighbors without it going through the admin first. None of the problems are taken care of. The prices for amenities, fetch, and rent are ridiculous. This is categorized as a luxury apartment and thereâs nothing luxury about it. It wasnât perfect before RKW left. It Simpson has only made matters worse. I see no value in the company.

I definitely would and have recommended Briley to several friends and now have a few friends that now currently live at Briley because of our recommendations. Everything is so nice and kept up. It is so easy to call Briley âhomeâ. My husband and I tell each other quite often that we are so blessed to live in such a beautiful place.
