The community appears to be well maintained and a good value for the price.

The community itself is nice, apartments could use a little updating. Very plain compared to others in the area. Overall nice property.

From the time I arrived until the time I left the community, I was treated with the respect and kindness. Although the apartment itself had some flaws, the professionalism of the staff was outstanding.

The community was easily located. The grounds are neat and well maintained. The floor plans are well designed. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

The personnel was super friendly, professional and helpful. The community did not offer much in the way of amenities. To pay the price to have amenities that I had to drive 15 minutes to utilize was not like having the amenities as part of my home but more like using public facilities.

This would be a great place to call home based on my experience there. Well managed and taken care of.

I started renting at Chapel Walk a month ago, and I could not be more satisfied with my decision. I fall more in love with this location everyday. The neighborhood is beautiful, the people are friendly, and you get the peace and quiet that you deserve!
