The apartment was presentable, clean, and mature but dated. The cabinets and appliances needed an upgrade. The community experience was non-existence. The two computers for the business center were small and inefficient and the amenities offered were low. The staff was amiable and professional.

The presentation from the leasing agent was great. As a real customer, I thought the apartment was slightly outdated with the cabinets and bathroom area. I would have liked to see a pool area or a fitness center to help out with the amenities. The size of the two bedroom apartment I saw was average, and the amount of rent was not too bad. I did appreciate how cable was included with the price up until the end of the next year. My experience was great, and I felt like a valued resident although I did not make a decision to proceed with the application. Most of the amenities included were average.

The community was small, there were no amenities. When the office closed, there was nothing that it offered other than the picnic area. I was not sure what the smell in the apartment was but I would not consider it until that smell was gone. The lights and appliances were also a bit dated.

This is a good place for someone who needs a decent place to stay without all of the unnecessary expensive amenities. This is especially great for someone who is in college or has a busy lifestyle. I like this apartment because it has everything that someone would need and nothing else. It is very simplistic.
