I absolutely love Summit Ridge. Visited several apartments since moving in and these are top on the list. Residents are nice and respectful. Great place to live.

I like the facilities and the convenience of the location. The apartments are in pretty good shape and the service team is very responsive!

I thought the information given was good. I thought the property pretty much sold itself. The amenities and the office were very nice and neat. The landscaping and pool were very different.

The leasing agent is very much the professional. She is engaging and happy, and very knowledgeable about the apartment and community.

The community was very nice but the amount of payment they were asking one to pay was outrageous. There was no discussion of parking, but I was sure that was extra and with that added to already expensive rental rate. The cost was more than mortgage and parking that was not attached to the apartment. The place was nice, might even be market value but that it was really expensive in my opinion.
