The complex was nice, and the apartment was adequate. There was nothing that compelled me to want to live there.

It is not easy to picture what it is going to look like when the clubhouse and office are complete, but from the description of the leasing agent, it will be very impressive. The apartment model was very picturesque, and the amenities were appealing. The fitness center is brand new, and the lakes on the property are appealing. I did not give it a fabulous rating because of all the construction going on. It is not complete, so it does not exactly jump out and grab your attention when you pull into the main driveway. The value, however, is probably really great considering that in 60 days the construction is supposed to be complete, and the value should go up.

The staff at this community are genuinely nice and friendly. This community has very reasonable prices and is well maintained.

This is a modern and updated community. In addition to the attractive living space, it offers fantastic outdoor spaces with lighted paved walking trails to enjoy too.

The community amenities seemed very appealing and inviting. The pool area, walking trail, lakes and expanse of the community made it seem very comforting. The appliances, exercise room, storage spaces in the apartment and an upcoming renovation makes things that much easier. The upkeep of the community displayed a sense of pride.

This community has about 600 apartments in identical brown buildings. Maintenance and upkeep are very good. The apartments themselves are standard with good sized rooms but limited storage. Finishing are dated. The leasing professional was helpful and friendly and very outgoing.

This was a decent area and a decent apartment. Though it did bit have all the latest updates, it was reasonable in price. The community is showing its age but the pricing is good and I could recommend this as a great living place.
