The lagoon adds a valuable feature for residents who love the outdoors, but live in an apartment home.

The staff members were engaged and personable. They looked like a fun group. I liked the idea of segregating smoking apartments, so those community members would not be excluded entirely. The agent did a commendable presentation. I liked the apartments. The seemed on the clean side of average. Living there would work for me, but it would not be a first choice. It would be one of the top three for that area. I liked the centralized location.

The community was well maintained and it appeared to be a good value for the money. The agent was friendly and polite and did a good job in presenting the community to me in a positive manner.

I feel that my overall experience was good. I have never seen a meat smoker at any apartment community, so that was a big plus. With cable TV prices going higher and higher, it was nice to know that a package was included in the rent. Also it was always nice to have a washer/dryer included. Overall this property was a force to be reckoned with.

The staff was very kind and outgoing. It was disappointing to wait for 30 minutes for the agent because she was running late but other than that they staff was nice. The apartments were clean and the apartment grounds were also clean.

The community was in a great location and definitely had some great upgrades. The prices were not crazy and it appeared to be a good price for the money.

I liked the property, especially the renovations that were explained to me about a newly renovated leasing office, all new pools, outdoor kitchen, and walking trail. I was told of monthly pool parties and give aways.
