The place is very nice place to live. It is conveniently located near Westport and the Plaza. The staff is super helpful and they are always quick to respond to questions. The amenities are awesome and it is just a great place to live at.

Great maintenance service. Nice pool area, can be noisy at times but it is Westport so you have to expect that.

Living at City Place apartment s is fun and convenient for going out to Westport. I would recommend living here to friends but i myself don t really see myself living here for more than a year.

The apartments and the amenities are nice, but there are a lot of really loud tenants. Some days/nights I could literally feel my heart pounding in my chest from the music playing in nearby apartments. Also, with the open building designs, heating bills get very expensive. The apartments themselves are great, however, and the leasing staff members are all incredibly helpful.

I thought this apartment community would be a very nice place to live.

It is a nice place maintenance is great however, we have 2 major issues.
There is no assigned parking space per apartment. We have to pay a annual fee to have the right to park inside the community but most of the time we cannot find a spot to park, specially after 8pm.
Most neighbors with dogs do not pick after their dogs. This is disgusting. Anyone can see on the grass or step on it .

Great location, great living space. Love the trash pickup. The only negative is the parking situation (more cars than free spaces). Best maintenance service I have ever experienced.

Whether you are enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the community pool, or getting your morning coffee from the free espresso bar, City Place is the place to be. Also, the location of the complex is a huge plus for those interested in the social world of the Westport Entertainment district, as it is right down the street. The price of rent is a little high, but other than this, I have been very pleased with my experience at City Place.

I think the complex is nice, but I think they are asking too much money for the apartments in an area that is noisy. The parking situation is not a good one with the parking garage in the middle of the complex. They have too many fees for too many things, and though it is nice, it is not worth the money, in my opinion.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding community.

This is a stunning property with every imaginable amenity and beautiful, spacious apartments. Full size washer and dryer are included in a separate laundry room. Closets are all walk-in. There are several options for free or extra fee parking. The grounds are beautifully designed and well maintained. A gorgeous property all together.

I think for location and how small the apartment was, it was a big price. I might tell a single friend if they were looking, as it did not feel like there were kids in the community.

The property was neat, well kept and welcoming. The staff was professional and attentive to my needs. Although I did not actually see a vacant apartment, the model helped me visualize myself actually living there. The updated appliances were a plus, and the amenities such as the large size swimming pool, fitness center, conference room served as a bonus.

This community is in a class by itself. The community is very near and clean and near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

I love it! It really feels like home. It is perfect for someone in their 20's early 30's being so close to Westport. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to respond. It is a wonderful and clean apartment complex with spacious room which makes it great to have a pet. I enjoy living here!
