There are some great aspects of living at Junction Flats, like the location and on site parking. However, it feels like the building is run as cheaply as possible often even though it is priced at a luxury apartment level.

The complex overall has been great and overall the office staff and maintenance staff have been delightful. My moving in experience was not great and I was actually questioning if I made a wrong decision choosing Junction Flats. I would hope and based on my further experience with staff it would be much smoother with other residence.

The overall safety is a major concern to me. The security needs to be addressed and nothing has been done about it that I’ve seen.

See above. The promised dog amenities don’t live up to the expectations and this no longer feels like a welcoming environment.

Safety is a big concern... people sleeping in the lobby, getting into the community that do not live here, etc.

Rent is high. And office can’t figure out package communication

It's a nice apartment complex but I would give my warnings to potential renters. The complex is starting to show wear and tear and does not get fixed in a timely manner. Walls in hallways need repainting, trash in parking garages, rock on stairs chipping away. The area in the community has also gotten a little more interesting in regards to safety as of late. There really should be more of a full time security presence.

I would tell them that I didn't suggest they move to JF because it has changed under new management—very few of my friends actually have checkbooks today so for them to have to go get a check from a bank to split their rent with a roommate would be a definite no for them, and I know if they saw the state of the dog park they'd feel like it was neglected and not comfortable for them with their dog

Would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the North Loop. Great building interior and exterior, apartments are nice and modern, and there are great amenities.

I would but would caution them against the inconsistent security and cleaning.

All the doors are broken. It has been very unorganized since new management has taken over.

It’s a nice place good amenities just feel like l was not given the apartment sold
