Lovely place to love. The only reason I would not recommend is because of the parking.. I pay 100.00 a month and most of the time I do not have a place to park. 200.00/month is a bit pricey for the garage

Would: Area is safe, not far from finance district
Would not: Rain is loud on a/c units. Bathroom vent is connected to neighbor so whenever they smoke weed it stinks up the bathroom.

My unit was not as "move-in" ready as I would have hoped. My floors were extremely scuffed compared to my other friends units.
Scuffed floors is not the normal here at Town Residences. I would be happy to get your floors professional done again. We want all of our residents to be happy!

I love the complex and people. The only downfall is that sometimes the shower doesn't get hot for about 30min.
Please call the office to schedule a work order for this. Its important that all of our residents are happy, so we want to address this right away.

The parking fee is outrageous and not secure enough for the amount being asked. A couple of people had their car broken into. Please work out alternatives for residents.
We are currently looking for another alternative for parking. We understand that the garage next door and the lot across the street may not fit for every residents. We will keep you posted.

Really only problem is hot water for shower

The parking could be better - I basically don't have a reserved spot on the weekend. They will turn me away on a Friday/Saturday night because it is full.

Even though there is a lot that is available next door, we are aware that this option may not work for everyone. Please contact the office. We will also talk to the owner of the parking lot to avoid this issue in the future.
