This apartment complex is over priced. The walls are too thin and the rules are not enforced effectively. When Devin was here it was good. I complained about her at first, but she proved to me that she could do the job.

Beautiful Apartments but windows and floors needs to be better insulated. This will keep a lot of complaints down and also people will be able to get more sleep due to the traffic noise outside.

The community as a whole is wonderful. I love the closeness to the metro, shopping centers,and my physician office. The trash problem is a big turn off for people. As well as the thin walls.

We are currently working to build a trash enclosure. Unfortunately, due to the timing of the project we have faced some delays. We are just now closing out the final punch items from construction, and soon after we will be able to move forward on our plans for trash and recycling. I would recommend this apartment because is fairly new, the amenities are nice, and it is accessible to the beltway. Provides convenience for a commuter.

Based on complaints from other tenants about the constant noise, I probably would not recommend. We just lucked out and got unit on top floor where neighbors are rarely home. When they are home, we can hear loud noise and music.

Too expensive. The no opt out of valet waste and Directv are a major reason I want to leave.

The type of people moving in, the restrictions, the rental rate which will no doubt go up even though the level of service has not been maintained, the unbelievable noise at 2 and 3 in the morning because of the poor construction job. You can't even tip toe in your apartment without getting a complaint. It's ridiculous and takes away from the apartment experience, not to mention there are close apartments being built to metro which won't require I walk as far. Great for rainy or cold days. All the problems and what I really get in relation to what I pay is a headache right now and making me reconsider my options

Apartment was not built correctly. They used cheap materials. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing.
