I thought the apartment was too small for the asking price. Additionally, Lauren seemed to be just going through the motions of showing me the apartment.

I had a very talented and energetic leasing agent give me a tour that seemed to custom fit my needs. I had an objection where I was given satisfying alternatives to my storage problem. The leasing professional did not have to ask for assistance and seemed very knowledgeable and that helped me when I had a question. It was very engaging the way he connected me to the things I liked most, including the shuffleboard and free Starbucks coffee. I would certainly be happy living there due to staff knowledge, recent upgrades in the apartments, the many amenities and storage conveniences offered. The deal I would have received for the money was exemplary compared to other communities. Its location to highways was a plus coupled with a slight seclusion off the main road. I would seriously make recommendations to friends and family to check this refreshing community out.

It is a beautiful complex, and the pride the company has really shines through. Specials were overwhelming without some sort of paperwork covering them. Also, the application packet is confusing without having been covered.

This community is almost gorgeous. The areas that have been renovated are truly amazing. Those still in line for renovations are worn and faded. When completed it should be beautiful. Fortunately the apartments speak for themselves. They have everything most apartment seekers are looking for and in interesting floor plans that make them seem more like condos than apartments.

As a customer, I felt very happy to see all of the amenities. The leasing professional made me feel excited about the community by telephone and in person. He was very personable and the community was very well kept.

My perception was that of a property with good upkeep and a desire to make the occupant happy to live in the complex.
