I would tell them it is convenient to everything including shopping and major expressways. I would tell them that the community is well kept and friendly.

the showers are pretty annoying with turning to scalding water without prompt! peaceful place for the most part, good community, grounds are well taken care of, a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. make sure you are ok with pests because we see a lot of centipedes and ants rummaging in our apartment, even after we have attempted to use pest control products. parking always available, gym is decent, utilities are manageably priced. neighbors have dogs and you definitely know it because they never clean up their droppings. we are constantly trying to avoid scat in the grass around our apt.

I like the atmosphere. The general outlook of the place. The buildings are pleasant to look at and beautiful inside. I like the facilities, the laundry room so close at hand, gyms and sidewalks.

I would definitely recommend this community to others. I thought the customer service I received was good.

It was a very nice community. I love the large rooms and balcony. There were beautiful grounds, too.

I felt that the agent did an exceptional job. She was excited about the property and the management company. She was knowledgeable and seemed concerned about my concerns. She was very engaging and definitely tried and did build a rapport.

The leasing agent was comfortable and natural when presenting their community. She made a genuine attempt to make me feel at home. There were personal comments made along with professional information provided. I liked the agent but was not overly impressed with their community. It looked much like others in the area.

It is a very beautiful community from what I saw of it. The main clubhouse decor was warm and inviting. It appeared to be an upscale community that is very well kept. The staff was plentiful. There were five leasing agents in the office and a steady stream of guest and or residents. Overall, I thought this community might be a popular place to live in the area.
