I would tell them to stay away from the east side of the building and to stay away from the garbage room. Noisy
Thank you for your note. Please do let us know if we can help by adding insulation to the area near your home that is in close proximity to the garbage room. We can also insulate the trash chute which may be the cause of the noise or the bottom of the trash containers. Chris, our lead service technician, will be happy to take a look.

It is clean, maintained well, has pleasant neighbors (for the most part) and the staff is pleasant. The apartments are new so little maintenance. I wish people would pick up after their dogs more!

The community is beautiful. It has excellent curb appeal and offers many state-of-the-art amenities. The apartments have many modern features and great appliances. The staff I encountered was friendly and sincere.

The apartments were very modern. The community had a great location, with access to 290, and was next to Marianos, which made shopping easy. The leasing professional was courteous and knowledgeable.

Although the current management are the best I have seen. I would not recommend this complex for the current prices, based on one major fact. The units are very hollow, I hear all of my neighbors easily, very poorly constructed units.

Would - Location - parking - apartment layout - all are very good.
Would Not - To many dogs(no leash's in courtyard)-continual barking in halls - dirty carpet and walls.

Your response has been a benefit to us. We have just contracted for our common hallways to be cleaned twice a month so that every floor is done at least once every other month. We also just purchases a carpet machine which can be used by our in house team to clean as accidental spills occur in between these professional vendor cleaning. We will also be planning more resident events, with the staff included, in the future. We have our "Wine Down Wednesday" happening Wednesday, September 14th from 6PM-8PM. We do hope to see you there. We are planning Pet Meet Ups to start on Saturday's this fall when the weather cools a bit and hope for some pizza party football games too. If there is anything you do need, please feel free to reach out Matt and Jason in our office, Parris too can help you. tapestry Glenview is truly making a difference.

I really enjoy the amenities and I like the residents I have met. I think I am hesitant because the rent is so high and they don't do a lot of monthly get togetherness as they used to for the residents to meet each other.

For the reasons outlined above - too expensive for the type of residents who are inconsiderate of neighbors, as well as the other noises in my unit.
We had a senior maintenance supervisor also assisting at Glenview, Chris Kasang. He will work with the team to solve this for you Susan.
