I enjoyed the tour. If I was in the market, I would consider leasing this apartment. I liked the amenities, the view, and the price.

It was a fabulous community in the Gold Coast. The high-rise offered everything a person could want. It was located near shopping, restaurants and theater. The staff I encountered were professional, friendly and helpful.

The property was a newly renovated apartment building. The apartments were large and spacious, with many of them offering outdoor space.

I felt because the apartment was not actually downtown Chicago, they were asking too much for the apartment.

The building has all the amenities offered at similar properties in the area, but at a slightly lower rental rate. The apartments show very well. Having a choice between a balcony or more space is a nice option for a one bedroom. The property is clean and nicely decorated. The property offers a lot of value for the amount of rent.

This locations offers some fantastic views of the city from the apartment.

I would highly recommend the community to family and friends looking in the area.
