I liked this community. The property was clean and appealing. The apartment that I saw was a nice size and had enough closet space. The floor plan was nice and allowed for enough furniture. The amenities on the 14th floor were nice, especially having places to sit and relax in different areas. The staff were pleasant and courteous.

The biggest turn off for me was the views. One view was of the CTA train station below and new graffiti on a building diagonally across the street. For the amount asked for the apartment I would expect a better view.

The location is ideal for getting around town being located near a main CTA train station stop and a short walk to Michigan Avenue for shopping and restaurants. I found this community to be a decent community for the price. The amenities were okay, not the greatest. I could tell they were trying to compete with the market. The agent was very genuine in her presentation, always making it about me and how comfortable I would be with the features and amenities.

Leasing Professionals appear motivated to meet customer needs. They will highlight how their features accommodate your needs and mention the benefit. This is an ideal location for people working in the loop who enjoy the convenience of being close to the action and still have the luxury of public transportation nearby.

The leasing professional was very friendly and a perfect gentlemen, not too personable though. The community was like a resort, you never even have to leave the building. There is so much to do. I can really see myself calling this a place of my own.

The amenities are this area's crowning glory. The rent is also reasonable for what you are receiving. However, the staff needs training in how to be more accommodating and friendly. They also need to work on instilling some confidence in their staff as well.

These are very beautiful apartments. The building has everything that you could want to call this place home, and has a lot to offer. The leasing staff are very pleasant and friendly, and make you feel very welcomed.

The property has some very desirable amenities and seems like a very friendly place. I really appreciated the neatness and cleanliness of the apartment and the common areas. The location of the property was also an extra benefit.

The rents, having the building right smack dab in the middle of the of other buildings and nearby the eL trail, were extreme.

The customer experience was good. I loved the property and if I were in the market and it was within my price range, I would definitely rent this space. It has the feel of a hotel and all the services and amenities are great.

While the cost of the apartments is on par with the others in the area, the amenities make this community worth it. They have a pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a screening room, which is basically a private movie theater with a projection screen. The apartments are large and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful, and tout a 75% retention rate amongst residents.
