The community was clean and the landscaping was nice. I did not see the community amenities except for the playground.

The leasing agent was not welcoming or interested in showing me the community. She stated that there were no vacancies. She never referred me to another community that could help meet my needs. She never showed me any pictures of the apartments or community. The leasing agent directed me to their website, but there were no pictures available there either. Although she never showed me the community, she did tell me how to apply. I would not recommend this community based on customer service.

As a customer, I felt that the leasing agent was pleasant but simply going through the motions of presenting and selling the community. There was no real connection made but she did show me what the community had to offer and it was an excellent deal for the price. The apartment that was shown had quite a few large stains on the carpeting that I found to be unacceptable for leasing. I personally would have required that it be replaced before I would rent the unit.
