The community was nice. The apartment that I looked at was having the counter tops updated. However, the cabinet fronts were totally outdated. Based on having to look at those cabinet doors with the nice, new counter tops daily, I would not be happy.

I was told there were amenities but they were not shown. The property was neatly landscaped. The leasing office was welcoming and comfortable. The two bedroom apartments had some nice features like a large pantry and washer/dryer connections. The leasing consultant I interacted with did not remember our call or have my information handy. She was not prepared for our appointment.

The leasing agent did not give me a tour of the property. Although I had a detailed verbal sales presentation, I was able to get an understanding of the quality of the apartments. The leasing agent spoke to me in a positive manner regarding the apartments, but she did not allow time for any interaction. I felt a little rushed therefore no rapport was created.

I enjoyed my visit and learned a great deal about this apartment community. I believe I was well informed and treated really hospitable.
Now personally I believe in giving a lot of information can be too much at one times. Less is more, and it would become more positively memorable. I like the apartment a lot and it was well maintained, if I was in the market, this would be on top of my list. This is because of the location and the bang for your buck.
