The apartments were standard and did not have a patio or balcony. The location was perfect in Evans. The property upkeep was nice and clean.

The location was very easy to find and close to just about everything but yet still seemed to be secluded once there. The property spoke for itself and was well maintained. The leasing agent was really great in person. I enjoyed the representation and her hospitality. I was offered some water and was even given a peppermint after she saw me looking for one in my purse. The apartment was specious with great big windows for extra lighting and plenty storage.

I found the community to be very well maintained with nice curb appeal. The community was also centrally located near shopping, dining and easy interstate access. The apartments were nice, clean and had modern amenities. The staff was natural, warm and engaging and was concerned with meeting all of my needs. I would recommend the location and leasing agent to others.

I have recommended this apartment community to two of my friends and family whom are relocating within the next few months to this area. The reason is that is safe, affordable, great managment, nice apartments, quick maintenance turnaround, I like the size of the apartment, plus I have really nice neighbors that look out for me and son.

The overall experience of living there os terrible. I dont like it.
As a person who may be interested in this community. I am concerned that the only responses from Management would be to the "nice" comments. IF you have someone who is displeased Management should be responding to see what they could do to turn this negative into a positive.

Great so far!
I sent an email late lastnight inquiring about a 1 bedroom for me and my 3 year old immediately. I was responded to first thing the next morning! I immediately made an appointment with June as she was very helpful and kind. She gave me a tour and I loved everything! I even called afterwards with a question about the application. June wasn't sure of the answer however she was very helpful and helped me find the answer I needed. So far, everything has been great!
