This seems like a nice place to live. The staff member was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the apartment homes. The amenities are very nice and up to date. The grounds are immaculate and the residents seemed nice as well. As far as the rental fees go, you are definitely getting a bang for your buck.

The leasing professional did a nice job. However, she did not attempt to get to know me and was rather robotic. She was friendly and well meaning. Her phone skills were in need of improving. She did a nice job of trying to get me to commit to an apartment.
