Great staff and location
I recently moved out due to a family emergency. I was sad to leave. The location was amazing. The amenities were more than I could utilize as there were quite a few. The staff was amazing and friendly. Maintenance responded in a timely manner and followed up with me when I heard a leak in a different apartment.

I would recommend this community due to its proximity to Emory and other businesses. I am happy with the format and appliances in my apartment and think that overall it is a good place to live. However, the facilities could use some improvement. Perhaps my opinion would be different if I was not paying as much for rent and was sharing it with a roommate.

The leasing agent really has a genuine personality. Even though it's an older community and I wouldn't want to live there I would probably consider just based on the leasing agent.

Neighbors can be quite loud sometimes (both the herd of little kids who run screaming up and down the stairs outside our door, and the college kids who have parties sometimes). But these disturbances are rare.

It would depend on what the person is looking for. It's a great location, and relatively nice compared to the other apartments nearby, but with price increases, it's quickly becoming not worth it.

Fast maintenance requests. Great easy access location. nice pool. Nice community garden. They take good care of the property. People respond when you have issues/concerns

The cost for apartments here are higher than what I've heard from friends who live close by in other complexes, regardless of size. I wish there were more strictly enforced rules regarding residents who continue to leave their garbage in the breezeways and sidewalks. The laundry room looks so much better with the new machines. Yet, residents still throw lint dryer sheets on the floor, and leave clothes, baskets etc. The NEW machines are starting to show the effects of residents' neglect.
I think it's a shame that in a community such as this, where there's so much effort put into keeping it a nice, CLEAN, place to live, that some still don't appreciate what they have!

New tenants leave garbage in the hall or throw it out by the car care center. The rates continuously increase

I would recommend because we have had an overall good experience. I wouldn't recommend because the lights, countertops and carpets look like they are from the 90's.

The apartment complex was tucked away in an area outside of, yet convenient to Buckhead/Northeast Atlanta. The apartment is spacious, and the upgraded appliances are a nice touch. It had all the amenities that you would expect in a modern urban apartment. The staff seemed friendly and eager to please.
