I was impressed with the community. It was overrated to me as far as the price but the location was what determined the rates. I felt like everyone I did meet was genuine. The community was immaculate and looked very well maintained.

The Marquis at Midtown West was under construction, but I am sure once it has been completed it will be as good as any of the other Marquis communities. Although it was not complete, the picture that was painted for me made it clear to see what a wonderful home it would be. Based on the agents presentation, I would have leased that day and took my chances on what the two bedroom would look like.

Good location. Feel safe within. Lots of car/ apt break-ins in the 'neighborhood' (Underwood Hills). When I read police reports, they seldom happen at our complex.

I found the apartment and community appealing overall. The apartment was nicely laid out and the community offered plenty of amenities. The grounds were nicely kept; particularly the lawn areas. The leasing professional was attentive and detailed. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff were extremely energetic and enthusiastic about the property. The property was well maintained and offered lots of amenities. The apartment had a nice layout, lots of space, and great features.
