Apartment Review from a Current Renter

My apartment is not impressive but it is convenient and it meets my needs. I would recommend it if it was less expensive, but with rental rates increasing every year I think there are much better deals to be had nearby.
Good Morning,. Thank you for recently completing our online survey. It allows us the opportunity to find out what matters most to our residents. I want to address each concern you had individually. Packages- We will be sending email notifications every Friday for any packages that have not been picked up during the week by our residents. Many residents have asked us to place their packages in the cyber cafe or gym before we close so they can pick them up after hours. Guest Parking: We are exploring ways to improve our guest parking. Unfortunately, guest parking is limited in Buckhead as a whole. Our primary concern is making sure every resident has a parking space. A new parking lot just opened beside us (near the Big Ketch) that only charges $5.00 for overnight parking. Let me know if you would like more information. Anytime you have guests over for the weekend, contact the leasing office and we'll try to find alternative parking options for you. Renewal Prices: I understand the renewal increases can be significantly high. Increases typically vary from 4-12% based on the housing market as a whole. We always make an effort to ensure renewal prices are less expensive than the market price. I want to thank you again for taking the time to fill out the online survey. We appreciate your positive feedback on our office and service teams. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask. Sincerely,

Parking is a problem with this community. Also, the demographic is a younger one that brings a lot of noise complaints & their general dis-regard for cleanliness; i.e.: trash in hallways

for location, it's a winner. but that doesn't mean skimp on other aspects like jacking up rent every year when it's advantageous to keep residents year after year. that doesn't seem logically to increase the price every year but still deliver on the same service, amenities, etc.

It is overpriced. You can get a similar space at the manor with hardwood floors and granite countertops for the same price.

I would not only because people can get better apartments for their price.

I would mention that there are limited apartments with hardwood flooring, and that location in the building does play an impact on outside noise (I.e. Cars on Roswell (which I find soothing) or drunk people walking home (which I never hear at my location)).

Limited visitors parking which can be a hassle on weekends if you have out of town guests. Common areas are often trashed on the weekends.

I was welcomed from the moment I entered the leasing office. The consultant was well organized. She led the apartment and amenity tour with ease and knowledge. The close was sincere and centered around my getting the only apartment that truly fit my apartment needs. I was sincerely thanked for my visit.

The leasing agent was terrific at presenting the community in a way that you could see yourself enjoying the amenities they offered. The community was pretty, had a great location, was well maintained, and had some nice amenities, but it was very expensive. I did not think it was the best dollar value for what you would get. I could live there for a while, but not for the long term. I may or may not recommend it to my family and friends.
