It's great!

I would definitely recommend this community to my family and friends. The amenities of the community and prices were really exceptional. I liked the small town feel of the community.

It's been a good experience so far. I cannot complain about anything.

The property and the apts are very nice. The school district is not very good. One of the best, if not the best apartments in this area.

I have been here going on five years and things have changed.

Very nice RESORT like place to live .
Service is excellent and there are 2 gyms and about 4 swimming pools and tennis courts.
However there are a few things that I would be happy it they could resolve .
1) ALLOCATE WIDER PARKING SPACES--parking is too congested.
2)I place a premium on the GYMS .However there is no bath room available during the early mornings when I go to use the gym.
3) Water bill is unreasonable in the contex of where we live.

I enjoy my residence. I enjoy the additional activities that are available, the amenties, clubhouse and etc. I'm comfortable here.

Very spacious apartments, maintenance get resolved pretty quickly.. lovely staff and very helpful.
i have never heard my neighbors through the wall.

It is nice but the smoking is not kool.

My main concern lately is the pest control and dog waste not being picked up by residents in the area.I have been having problems with pest in the house. Just in the last week there we've noticed flying like moths coming from the kitchen and migrating throughout the house. I have been having issues with residents leaving their dog poop around my apartment patiio and grass area where my kids like to play. I just wish there was some kind of resolve. I reported the issue before verbally but was told I need to see them in the act and I am not able to be on watch to spot the assailant. A memo would suffice to make aware to all residents of the importance of picking up their dog waste. Also the apartment needs upgrades, such as more closet space or shelving, utility closet door opens in the wrong direction, and there are some outlets that are not working and/or not enough such as in the utility room.
I must say we did not have these many problems when we stayed over in Laguana Lakes II. However I thank the staff for the accomdations made like changing the carpet when I complained about it, maintaining the apartment when there is an issue, the events they put on for the community and the time that is taken to rectify problems that my family and I have.

needs assigned parking or reserved parking for residents with a resident sticker.. Trying to find a spot is ridiculous some nights.

Te property had clean grounds and fine amenities. The fitness facilities were impressive. The leasing professional was candid and pleasant but could be a bit more enthusiastic.

The apartment was a great representation of what residents desire in a community. The amenities were countless and offer the resident activities without having to leave the luxury of the community.
