This place has gone down hill since they were bought by Arium. The new management is more concerned about filling vacancies than providing customer service. They got rid of all the extra features that made Resort of Laguna Lakes a great place to live. The front office does not exempt packages any longer. They cancelled the fitness class. The hours for the recreation center were shortened and they don't keep the gym clean. They got rid of all the resident activities like food truck Wednesdays. The stopped proving the guest suite. Maintenance is slower. The gate has been broken for weeks. This place is not worth the luxury prices.

I have live in the community for 1.5 years. When originally moved into the community the staff was very friendly, home feeling and we had access to ad entities. When we met the new owners the reprentativea where not people friendly! I felt I was spoken to and not with. I understand growing pains, but the new owners did not seem like hey had my needs in mind. Only their bottom line and how to get new tenants.

Over all great place to live. Very quiet clean apartment.

Nice complex. Just need to extend hours of clubhouse/ basketball court and pool times.

The amenities are worth the price but each apartment should have at least one assigned parking space.

I have really enjoyed living here the past 2 years. Rent is decent and the apartments are very nice.

Overall, it was a good visit. The clubhouse and amenities were pretty impressive. I was not too impressed with the model apartment itself. I thought it would have been nice to be shown a furnished model apartment. Also, for an upgraded apartment it still looked a little outdated in the bathroom area. The closet racks seemed to be a little rusted, and the bathroom mirror was warped around the edges. The carpet was in good shape.

The leasing professional was attentive and able to meet my needs with ease. She was perceptive to show me additional options to make sure these needs were met. The community amenities were exceptional and plentiful, making it easy to envision myself living in the community. I would definitely recommend the community to my friends because of the service and quality.

it's peaceful, for the most part. my upstairs neighbor is loud. but it's usually quiet in the complex (even living next to the playground). the new gate system, is amazing --much better than the old system.

Love the fact that we are trying to control access to the community with the new gates.
We now need to work on making sure all vehicles in the complex have stickers (that they belong here) sometimes at night its very hard to find parking, lot of the vehicles don't have stickers??

It truly feels like a resort, all is peaceful, staff is friendly and everything is always so clean! i love it!

Can the Resort monitor that all vehicles in the parking lot have decals?? I come home late from work and always have to drive around for parking. Many cars without decals not parked at the Visitor spots.
